One Colorado is the state’s leading advocacy organization dedicating to advancing equality for LGBTQ Coloradans and their families. The 2018 LGBTQ health survey asks about health care, insurance coverage, and mental and behavioral health, as well as some more in-depth questions about seeking care as a transgender person. The information from the survey, which will take about 20 minutes to complete, will give advocates a clearer picture of the barriers that LGBTQ Coloradans experience when accessing care.

By taking the 2018 LGBTQ health survey, you can tell your story and help break down barriers to healthcare for LGBTQ people. Click here to take the survey.

It’s open to anyone in Colorado identifying as LGBTQ; please take it yourself, on behalf of your child, or share with your networks as you can. The survey is available in English and Spanish.

The Colorado Children’s Campaign is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization committed since 1985 to realizing every chance for every child in Colorado. We advocate for the development and implementation of data-driven public policies that improve child wellbeing in health, education and early childhood.
