No Eviction Without Representation (NEWR) Denver has launched their website for this November election cycle. Denver Initiative 305 provides free legal representation to Denver renters navigating the eviction process. The goal of the program is to stop evictions, keep families in their homes, and prevent homelessness – all of which saves the city millions in public spending. The Children’s Campaign is proud to support this important ballot measure

Learn more about the importance of this initiative on NEWR’s website. There, you can also find a number of critical renter resources, including important information about how Denver’s current eviction process works, how to find support, and how to support those you may know who are renting.
