Our Season of Giving is just around the corner
Over the past few weeks, the Children’s Campaign has been working to finalize our legislative priorities for the new year — when we’ll return from a much-needed break with our families to continue our work at the capitol for you and yours. However, the new year isn’t here just yet. As we approach the holidays, we invite you to join our Season of Giving.
Encompassing GivingTuesday on Nov. 30 and both ColoradoGives and Kids for ColoradoGives Day on Dec. 7, our Season of Giving celebrates what we have accomplished — and shares what we hope to accomplish — with our incredible network that supports us year in and year out.
- GivingTuesday, Nov. 30 – If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that even in times of economic uncertainty, we each have a deep reserve of generosity to call on. The pandemic has been hard on Colorado kids and families. Proceeds from GivingTuesday will ensure that when it comes time to convert generous energy into concrete and beneficial changes, we have the resources to do so. Donate now!
- ColoradoGives Day, Dec. 7 – We are ready to continue our work to define Colorado as a model not just for the strength and resilience of our kids, but for the policies which protect them. A day to celebrate Colorado-serving nonprofits, ColoradoGives donations fight for the policies you want to see challenged, improved, or introduced to protect our kids and families. Donate now, or schedule your donation!
- Kids for ColoradoGives Day, Dec.7 – Kids for ColoradoGives Day introduces children to the joy of charitable giving. Kids can choose a nonprofit that supports a cause they care about and safely, anonymously donate online with the help of a trusted adult. What better way to introduce children to the idea of charitable giving than by learning about the organizations working to improve their wellbeing, health, and education? Donate now!
All of our work is made possible by people like you! Your generosity helps us continue to put kids at the top of the legislative agenda through our data-driven, nonpartisan policy advocacy. The first $5,000 raised on or before Dec. 7 will be matched by founding members of the Children’s Campaign, Elaine Gantz Berman and Steve Berman. Whether you provide a one-time gift or a recurring donation, your support helps us work to ensure every child in Colorado has every chance to succeed.
We thank you so much for your support, and hope you have a lovely holiday season.
