New 2-1-1 Hotline Connects Coloradans to Human Services

Our partner, Mile High United Way, is offering free, multilingual information to helps connect Coloradans with basic human services such as food, shelter, other community resources. The 2-1-1 Colorado database provides information about more than 11,000 services across the state of Colorado, supported by nearly 4,000 agencies, and provides one place where people can get accurate information quickly. The most common reasons people call 2-1-1 are for rent and utility assistance, shelter information, food assistance and seasonal services. You can also dial 2-1-1 to make a donation to your community or look for volunteer opportunities. Last year, more than 151,000 people dialed three simple numbers to find or give help.

You may also access the 2-1-1 database through Mile High United Way’s website. Select the “Search for Services 2-1-1” logo, located in the upper right side of the screen.
