Meet the FIRST of FIVE Annual Luncheon teen panelists

Our Nov. 2 Annual Luncheon will feature an incredible panel of teen advocates from around the state sharing their stories of activism, passion and efforts to build a better Colorado. Here’s an introduction to one of the five teens who’ll sit down for a conversation with our featured speaker, Pulitzer Prize-winner Jose Antonio Vargas.

Hometown: Denver

Where I live now: Pueblo

Advocacy focus: Youth engagement/youth voice.  Public health.  Youth and adult relationship building.  Having resources available for students and adults in order to help them make a healthy connection.

Best thing about my generation: In our generation we are all diverse and respect each other’s backgrounds, and fight for our rights/beliefs.

When I’m not running around and doing almost everything for the school, you will find me in my bed.
