Please join Raise Colorado and the Community Language Cooperative for a Language Justice Training on Wednesday July 14 or Saturday July 17. At the training, you’ll learn about the history of language oppression, the components of language justice, and how you can promote language justice in your personal and professional life. Raise Colorado is working to become a coalition where all members can participate in the language of their heart, and this training is an essential component of that work. We’re offering duplicate trainings during the workday and on the weekend in hope that community members from a range of backgrounds can attend.

Raise Colorado is a catalyst for diverse voices that advocate for community-informed solutions and policies that support infants and toddlers, pregnant people, families and caregivers. We are grateful to be joined by trainers from the Community Language Cooperative, an organization of translators, transcribers, and organizers who provide translation and training in over 22 languages. Please feel free to share this registration information with your networks – the training is open to everyone with an interest!

Register today for a training via zoom!

Wed. July 14, 1:00 to 4:00 PM

Sat. July 17, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

About Children's Campaign

The Colorado Children’s Campaign is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization committed since 1985 to realizing every chance for every child in Colorado. We advocate for the development and implementation of data-driven public policies that improve child wellbeing in health, education and early childhood. We do this by providing Coloradans with trusted data and research on child wellbeing and organizing an extensive state-wide network of dedicated child advocates.
