Learn more about birth justice policy on March 5

Join birth equity advocates from Colorado and across the country on Friday, March 5 at 12:00 pm MT for a Birth Justice Policy Forum. This virtual panel discussion includes experts from the Changing Woman Initiative, The Century Foundation, Black Women for Wellness, and Ancient Song Doula Services. They will share ideas and strategies to address maternal mortality inequities impacting Black and Native American communities. The event will also include a preview from Elephant Circle of Colorado legislation in development to close racial inequities in care and advocate for those who experience the worst disparities at the very beginning of life.
