This week we met in Fort Collins with leaders from our It’s About Kids Network to celebrate 20 years of connecting Colorado for kids. Leaders gathered from across Colorado to reflect on the past year of policy advocacy for kids, and to kick off our next annual cycle of improving Colorado for the next generation. A focus of this year’s retreat was the upcoming elections and what we can do to ensure kids’ issues are a priority for every candidate. We’re so grateful to the advocates who dedicate this time to building momentum for kids. A big thanks to our local hosts at the Larimer County Early Childhood Council.

About Children's Campaign

The Colorado Children’s Campaign is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization committed since 1985 to realizing every chance for every child in Colorado. We advocate for the development and implementation of data-driven public policies that improve child wellbeing in health, education and early childhood. We do this by providing Coloradans with trusted data and research on child wellbeing and organizing an extensive state-wide network of dedicated child advocates.
