We have many things to be grateful for this holiday. At the Children’s Campaign, our list is topped by the many friends, partners and supporters across Colorado who make our work possible each day. Thanks to all of you who in so many different ways make Colorado a better place to be a kid.

Those of you who have attended our Annual Luncheon may have heard me say this before. As a runner, I used to think of our work as a race. But working alongside of all of you, I’ve realized that this isn’t just a race, but a relay. It’s a team effort to define our goal, know who does what best, practice our hand offs, and keep at it even when it would be easier to just stay in bed. The good news is that are also sunny days, times when we find that we’ve gone further and faster than we could have imagined when we started – and we are stronger for doing it together.

Thank you for being part of our team and warm wishes for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Sincerely,
Chris Watney, President and CEO

About Children's Campaign

The Colorado Children’s Campaign is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization committed since 1985 to realizing every chance for every child in Colorado. We advocate for the development and implementation of data-driven public policies that improve child wellbeing in health, education and early childhood. We do this by providing Coloradans with trusted data and research on child wellbeing and organizing an extensive state-wide network of dedicated child advocates.
