Fast Fact – March 5, 2021
In the fall of the 2020-2021 school year, 12.9 percent of Colorado’s students in PK-12th grade were identified as English Language Learners (ELL students). ELL students made up more than one third of students in Adams-Arapahoe and Center 26 school districts, and close to half of students in Adams 14. However, given the decreased enrollment in Colorado’s public schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of these figures are likely underestimates of the true population.
