CAP releases new poverty data tool

The Center for American Progress (CAP) recently launched a new data tool that allows user to more easily explore U.S. Census Bureau poverty data on the national, state, and congressional district level. Users can explore the following four data areas with this new project:  

The tool aims to support advocacy efforts and amplify other economic indicators. These include housing insecurity, food insecurity, health insurance coverage, and labor market participation, among others. To learn more about this tool, visit
