The Colorado Health Foundation offers the fifth workshop in the ongoing learning series, Advocating for Impact: Legal Advocacy and Strategic Litigation on Wednesday, Dec. 6. This workshop will help nonprofit organizations better understand how and when strategic litigation and legal advocacy can be an effective means to advance your organization’s goals and mission. While some nonprofits will at times support and lead efforts in litigation, legal advocacy is one of the most complicated and underutilized advocacy tools. During this workshop, speakers will share examples of Colorado specific litigation cases and introduce you to locally available resources.
Location: Colorado Health Foundation, 1780 Pennsylvania St., Denver, CO 80203

Date: Wednesday, Dec. 6

Time: 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.—Workshop; 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.—Networking Reception  Register now

About Children's Campaign

The Colorado Children’s Campaign is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization committed since 1985 to realizing every chance for every child in Colorado. We advocate for the development and implementation of data-driven public policies that improve child wellbeing in health, education and early childhood. We do this by providing Coloradans with trusted data and research on child wellbeing and organizing an extensive state-wide network of dedicated child advocates.
