SB 16-023 (Kerr) Funding for Full Day Kindergarten
SB 16-023 proposes to ask voters to authorize the state to retain revenue above the TABOR cap to fund full-day kindergarten.
The Children’s Campaign has long-supported access to full-day kindergarten, but we are still evaluating the proposed funding mechanism in this bill.
The Senate State, Veterans, & Military Affairs Committee voted to postpone this bill indefinitely.
