SB 17-123 allows a high school to grant a diploma endorsement in biliteracy to a student who demonstrates proficiency in English and at least one foreign language. The bill establishes the requirements a graduating high school student must meet to obtain the biliteracy endorsement.View Update
SB 17-110 would clarify that when someone is caring for no more than four children, including no more than two children under two years of age, they are exempt from child care licensing.View Update
