Event Details
On Feb. 7, the Colorado Children’s Campaign is meeting with community members from Cheyenne, Kiowa, and Lincoln counties to share and learn about how children fared during the first year of the COVID-19 crisis based on our 2021 KIDS COUNT in Colorado! report. The data included in the report illustrate the pandemic’s far-reaching effects on Colorado kids, from increased housing instability and hunger to difficulty accessing health care, child care, preschool and K-12 education. The report tracks the well-being of Colorado children statewide and also explores data on maternal mortality, housing instability, and adolescent behavioral health.
This will be a virtual event. If you have not received a Zoom invitation but are interested in attending this data presentation for Cheyenne, Kiowa, and Lincoln counties, please contact our It’s About Kids (IAK) Network Manager, Katie Creedon, at katie@coloradokids.org. If this data presentation is not for your community, please check our events and look out for KidsFlash announcements, where we will release information on community-wide presentations that may be coming to your county soon
