2020 Annual Luncheon
You’re invited: The Colorado Children’s Campaign’s 2020 Virtual Annual Luncheon
The Colorado Children’s Campaign is calling on our network of advocates, supporters and community leaders to join us for our 2020 Virtual Annual Luncheon. As our communities continue to face a global pandemic exacerbated by an economic downturn, the need to join together for our kids’ future has never been greater. While we won’t be together in-person for this important moment in our 35 years of ensuring every chance for every child, we did not want to neglect the significance of the energy and impact we can have when we come together to celebrate successes, reaffirm resolve and are challenged to dig deeper and stay the sometimes challenging course.
In times like these a willingness to run towards the problem, lift up the voice of the unheard and create the path to safety and security has always been the role of advocates, the many who hold alter egos as parents, educators, business owners, child care providers, healthcare workers and concerned community members. Colorado’s kids will need all of their heroes working in a variety of capacities to protect years’ worth of progress and to ensure a firm foundation for recovery and rebuilding. This includes you. We invite you to unleash your superpowers and activate the hero within!
Joining us in this call to action is advocacy icon and movement leader, Dolores Huerta who will help us restore our drive and show us how brave we can – and must – be for kids in Colorado.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, we are able to bring this event to you for free!
To help celebrate our 35th anniversary and to bring our luncheon to an even greater audience, our sponsors have agreed to underwrite this event. You can help us celebrate this milestone with a suggested donation of $35 dollars today. And because the luncheon is fully underwritten, 100 percent of all gifts will go toward our work of lifting up the voices of kids and families throughout our state.
We cannot wait to “see” you there!
